  • 2+ years appliance repair experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Lead technician role specializing in Bosch appliances. Train junior technicians and handle complex repairs across all Bosch product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex Bosch repairs
  • Train and mentor junior technicians
  • Manage parts inventory
  • Ensure quality standards on all repairs

Requirements

  • 5+ years appliance repair experience
  • Bosch product expertise preferred
  • Leadership experience
  • EPA certification a plus
