Bosch Appliance ("we," "us," or "our") offers SMS and text messaging services to keep you informed about your appliance repair appointments and service updates. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to Bosch Appliance through our website, phone calls, or any other communication channel, and by opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/MMS messages from us at the phone number provided. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may receive text messages related to:
- Scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Service appointment reminders
- Technician arrival notifications and estimated time of arrival updates
- Service status updates and completion notices
- Follow-up communications regarding completed repairs

Typically, you can expect to receive messages when you schedule, modify, or cancel an appointment, and during the course of an active service engagement. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you are actively communicating with us about a service issue.
4. Message and Data Rates
Important: Message and data rates may apply. The charges for sending and receiving text messages are determined by your wireless carrier and your mobile phone plan. Bosch Appliance is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier for text messaging or data usage. Please consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP: Text the word STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
- Contact us by email: Send your opt-out request to [email protected]
- Contact us by phone: Call us at (844) 713-6007 and request to be removed from our text messaging list.
After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Please note that opting out of text messages will not affect other forms of communication, such as email or phone calls related to your service appointments.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carrier Notice: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers and their affiliates are not responsible for the content of messages sent through their networks. All carrier-related claims are subject to the terms of your carrier agreement.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and the information you provide via text message will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your phone number or opt-in status with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with our service providers solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf.
Information collected through our text messaging program may include:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your opt-in and opt-out status
- The content of messages you send to us
- Date and time of messages
10. Modifications to These Terms
